The next step is gathering the data. After setting the criteria, you can develop your survey to get only the relevant information from the owners or experts. The result of doing this exercise is that you will have a more complete and up-to-date Fact Sheet with valid data points for your cloud transformation.
This is probably the most time-consuming part because you want to approach application and technical experts. With surveys, you can ask experts for all information about your criteria catalog in an automated way.
When you are responsible in a Fact Sheet, you can see what questions are asked in a survey. Here you can see that there are two surveys available in the Fact Sheet. It is your task to complete this survey. To do this, you can do as follows:
- Go to Surveys tab
- Choose the survey you want to answer, and start filling in the Fact Sheet
- Once you have completed the survey, you can click Finalize
When you complete this step, all your answers will automatically be populated in the Fact Sheet as data points.
